INTO THE WILD FESTIVAL

Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions shall apply to all transactions conducted in association with the booking and rental of INTO THE WILD FESTIVAL. Please read them carefully before completing your order and print a copy for future reference. 

By renting Woodland Festival accommodation you are agreeing to and will be bound by these terms and conditions.

Definitions

Into the Wild  Festival is the company, address :  

Festival accommodation means any structure or unit available for rental from the Woodlands Festival page on the website www.intothewildgathering.com

Equipment relates to any physical item either provided as standard or purchased with the festival accommodation including flooring, mat, table, bed, lighting, mattresses and linen 

Please note that in these terms and conditions “you” and “your” are references to any person purchasing  Into the Wild  Festival accommodation and or equipment and “we”, “our”, “us” and “ours” are references to Into the Wild  Festival “the site” and “the event” refers to Into the Wild  Festival.

Into the Wild  Festival refers to those working under , Into the Wild  Festival in the Brighton Bell Tents tent area of the site.

Booking, Payment and Confirmation

A section of the bookings for Into the Wild  Festival accommodation and equipment will be handled by Brighton Bell Tents as an authorised agent for these bookings.  All bookings must be made via the Brighton Bell Tents online booking form using reference: Payment in full to be made on receipt of booking confirmation email.  Booking are only confirmed once full payment has been received by Brighton Bell Tents..

N.B. Festival entry tickets must be booked & paid for separately via www.intothewildgathering.com 

Responsibilities & Damages

You are responsible for the maintenance and safe custody of your festival accommodation and equipment for the duration of the rental period and until checking out on the day of departure.

You will not use cooking or other gas appliances of any kind inside your accommodation. You will also not use naked flames or any other heating equipment inside your accommodation or with in 5m of your tent. BBQs or cooking equipment must not be used near the entrance of the tent. 

Neither Into the Wild  Festival or Brighton Bell Tents or the event will be held responsible for any loss or damages incurred by the use or misuse of the  Festival accommodation you have rented, howsoever caused.

Neither Brighton Bell Tents. or the event will be held responsible in the case of theft of personal items, injury or death. 

As you will be fully liable for any damage caused to the Into the Wild  Festival accommodation and or equipment provided with your accommodation you have hired you may wish to purchase your own insurance to cover this. 

Please note that Brighton Bell Tents. is not responsible for any of the site facilities provided by .

Arrivals, Departure and Access Into the Wild  Festival

Your festival accommodation will be erected/prepared ready for your arrival. 

You will be able to access the Into the Wild  Festival accommodation from the official opening time of the event. Upon arrival you will be asked to sign for the receipt of your festival accommodation and equipment.

It is your responsibility to check that the accommodation and equipment provided corresponds to your booking and to notify a member of the Brighton Bell Tent crew if anything is missing/faulty/incorrect at the time of check in. Failure to do so will render you responsible for the total payment of hire. 

You must vacate your accommodation by the official end time of the event. Failure to check out by this time may result in an extra charge. 

You will be required to notify Brighton Bell Tent crew when checking out of your accommodation and a member of the crew will check your accommodation and any damaged, missing or broken items will be identified.  You agree to pay, in full, any extra costs to cover replacement or repair of any item/s which is/are damaged, stolen or broken.

Cancellation

Notice of cancellation of the booking by you must be provided to the Company to be received not less than 28 days prior to the date event.

Cancellation of less than 28 days prior to your arrival will result in 100% of the hire charge being forfeited. You may wish to obtain travel insurance to cover this.

Force Majeure

Every effort will be made by Into the Wild  Festival and the event to carry out any order. This is subject to variation or cancellation upon the following; act of god, war, strikes, riots, lockouts or any other disturbances such as fire, flood, heavy storm, gale, and tempest restrictions on the use of transport, fuel or power or any other cause beyond the control of the owner
